How do I create an account?

Where is LienShield available?

LienShield is available in all fifty states and the District of Columbia.

Who handles my money?

You do. Your money stays in your checking account, and you pay your contractor out of your checking account. You will simply record each payment in LienShield. A lien waiver will then be automatically generated and your budget updated.

How much does this service cost?

Your account will be charged $59.95 for a twelve month subscription. That’s less than $5.00 per month to minimize the possibility of having to pay a contractor twice to satisfy a lien. If you have been referred to us by one of our partner insurance companies or banks, you will have the opportunity during registration to enter an account number to receive your discount. During the term of your subscription, you may open and manage as many construction projects as you need. Your LienShield subscription may be extended for twelve additional months for $14.95.

In addition, you receive exclusive access to MyLienShield.com which contains support resources such as our knowledgebase, contact forms and our pdf library which offers additional information on how to handle your construction project.

Does LienShield guarantee my contractor’s work?

No. You are responsible for selecting a good contractor and making sure his work meets your expectations.

Will LienShield keep my personal information private?

Will LienShield sell my contact information to marketers?

Absolutely not.
